This year there will be two Community Choice prizes of $3000 each.


Complete one of the forms below, there is one for individuals followed by a different form for schools only.

You will be contacted by the co-ordinator to complete the registration process. 
This will include verifying we have your entry form, ask for any additional details, give you an entry registration number when categories are finalised to attach to your work and full details including how to drop off and collect your work and where the presentations will be held.

Categories are still being finalised and these categories are subject to change depending on registrations. Please select one only (1) category that you would like to register for.  School groups are listed separately.

Individual Categories

All work is automatically entered into the Community Choice category.

  • Community Choice $3,000 bank account.
    Sponsored by Nightcliff Community Bank  This category is judged by a collection of community votes on the day.

*All other categories will be decided by the sponsor or their elected judging panel on the day*

  • 3D/Multi-Dimensional

Age Categories (school groups please enter using the schools category, this is for individual works only and prize money will be paid to the artist)

  • Little Lindsays (up to 5)
  • Young Yunupingus (6 – 11)
  • Junior Junipers (12 – 16)
  • Youth (16 - 24)

School and Community Groups categories

This is for classroom or community group projects only, not individual work. Prize money in this category is paid to the school:

  • Preschool
  • Primary School
  • Middle School
  • Community Group


  • Artwork is displayed on fencing, outdoors and exposed to occasionally high winds.
  • All work needs to be prepared for hanging by the artist.
  • Due to the number of entries we are unable to prepare work.
  • Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at Malak MarketPlace Saturday May 27th.
  • Only one (1) entry per person can be accepted.
  • No entry will be accepted without a signed entry form.
  • Work will not be accepted on the day without prior arrangement with the ArtSpace coordinator.
  • An additional information sheet with further explanation of categories should be read in conjunction with this entry form.
  • Branch staff are unable to answer questions.
